About

I need to remember that wherever I go, there I am, along with "it is what it is," which I have tattooed on my left arm. Sleep is a big deal to me and I can carry on too long in my journal. I write fiction, as much as I can manage. Sometimes I go for long stretches without writing because I get caught up in not feeling good enough. There is a book in progress along with a whack of short stories. The days I don't write are because I get caught up in everything else that happens or needs doing. Focus issues. I try daily to meditate but don't put it together often enough. Mostly, I try to keep my insides from falling out and making a mess, and I'm slowly getting better at it.
